Installation Guidance
1. Planning and Ground Prep
Plan your layout including any corner or T-pieces. Excavate a trench around 150mm deep and 100mm wider than the channel width.
2. Outlet Options

3. Installation Steps
- Lay stabilised sand or concrete base in trench (1:3 cement:sand)
- Assemble system: place channels with grating in position
- Connect outlet(s), apply PVC adhesive for sealed joints
- Backfill and compact around the channel with bedding mortar
- Maintain 3–5mm recess below paving to prevent backflow
- Cut to size if necessary – smooth any rough edges
Tip: Keep the grating in place during installation to maintain structural shape and alignment.
