The AquaCrate 400L Storm Soakaway Crate is a robust, modular solution for managing excess surface water. Designed for infiltration, retention, or attenuation systems, it supports high traffic loads—including HGVs—while promoting natural groundwater recharge. Each unit is made in the UK from recycled polypropylene and meets SuDS compliance standards.
Strong Load Capacity - Supports loads up to 100 tonnes/m²—suitable for everything from landscaping to vehicle access and parking areas.
Modular and Lightweight - Each crate measures 1000 x 1000 x 400mm and weighs just 16 kg, allowing for easy handling and flexible system design.
Versatile Use - Works with geotextile wrap for infiltration or an impermeable geomembrane for water storage or attenuation.
Sustainable and Recyclable - Manufactured from recycled polypropylene and fully recyclable at end of life.
Made in the UK - Produced to ISO 9001 standards for consistent quality and reliable performance.
Infiltration systems - Use with a non-woven, needle-punched geotextile to allow water through while blocking soil ingress.
Water retention and attenuation - Wrap with an impermeable liner and geotextile to retain water for controlled release or storage.
