Triple Sealed 80mm Recessed Manhole Covers - Alusthetic

Alusthetic triple sealed aluminium manhole covers are constructed form high grade extruded aluminium material making them both aesthetically pleasing, lightweight but also strong. The items cater to all standard sizes and depths, with up to B125 (12.5tonnes) vehicular load bearing. They are highly aesthetic with versatility for both interior and exterior usage on both a public and private level. The stock comes directly from the UK, and they are tested to EN124 standards.

With a highly aesthetic and discrete appearance, Alusthetic’s brand new, triple-sealed and locking manhole covers also have strong reinforcement mesh that maintains the rigidity of each item. They’re designed to handle the toughest conditions. Each of the covers has lifting keys (two provided) designed to slot into all four lifting points to make for the easiest application and removal possible. Each of the 4 lifting points also has a bolt which locks the tray to the frame making a tight seal. They are compatible with most floor finishes.

These ultra-thin TSL-Pro-Line 80 are 80mm overall and 61mm in the tray depth making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor tiles, wood floor, flags or similar infill. They feature two high-grade EPDM seals with an extra T-rubber seals to increase reliability and reduce odours. Furthermore, the bottom plate has a 3mm galvanised steel material for strength and rigidity.

All of our Eco Trade Counter manhole covers meet the FACTA standards 7.0,7.2, 7.2.1, 7.2.3 and 7.3.3. They also feature galvanised steel trays manufactured to BS EN 1449:1991 / EN 10025:2004 mild steel material grade and BS EN 1461:1999 galvanised standards.
