TCS Terram non-woven geotextile membranes are engineered for soil separation, filtration, and ground stabilisation. Available in T1000, T1500, and T2000 grades, each roll measures 4.5m x 100m.
Manufactured from UV-stabilised, high-tenacity virgin polypropylene fibres, Terram geotextiles combine mechanical and thermal bonding for exceptional strength and durability. They offer excellent resistance to damage during installation and long-term performance in all soil types.
Property | T1000 | T1500 | T2000 |
---|---|---|---|
Tensile Strength (kN/m) | 8.0 | 12.5 | 14.5 |
Tensile Elongation (%) | 60 | 60 | 60 |
CBR Puncture Resistance (N) | 1500 | 2250 | 2750 |
Cone Drop (mm) | 38 | 32 | 26 |
Permeability (l/m²/s) | 90 | 65 | 55 |

Durability: >25 years in soils with pH 2–14 at <25°C. Material: UV-stabilised virgin polypropylene.
T1000 is ideal for light to medium duty applications such as landscaping. T1500 is suitable for medium to heavy duty projects. T2000 is best for heavy duty civil engineering and high load applications.
Yes. All three grades are suitable under gravel driveways; choose the grade based on expected traffic and load.
Overlap the edges by at least 300mm for most applications. For high-stress installations, sewing, stapling, or taping may be used.
Yes. Polypropylene is unaffected by common soil chemicals, bacteria, fungi, and insects.
