The 200L Cosmo Water Butt Planter offers practical rainwater storage with the added benefit of a raised planting bowl. Designed for smaller outdoor spaces, it combines function and form in one slim, cylindrical unit—ideal for patios, courtyards, and garden walls.

Each unit comes complete with a brass tap, unfiltered rainwater diverter, and all necessary fittings for installation, including a drill bit and grommet for the diverter. The tank features two ½" BSP threaded outlets—one raised for easy filling of watering cans, and one lower outlet (undrilled unless requested) for drainage or linking multiple tanks.

Does the lower outlet come pre-drilled?

No, it is supplied undrilled by default. You can request it to be drilled if you plan to use the lower outlet.

What type of diverter is included?

A standard unfiltered rainwater diverter compatible with most round downpipes. A drill bit is included for installation.

Can the planter bowl drain into the tank?

Yes, a sealed plug sits at the base of the bowl. You can drill this for drainage and use hessian or fabric to filter debris.

Is the plastic weather-resistant?

Yes. The tank is UV-stabilised to prevent fading and is guaranteed frost-proof for year-round outdoor use.
